OK, so it was not that long ago that I noticed that I was developing cellulite on my upper thighs. I had never had cellulite every before, so I was surprised to find that it had suddenly appeared on my inner and outer thighs, and buttocks too. I always knew I couldn't be a body double for Demi Moore or anything, but I was OK with that and I was always confidant enough to wear a swimsuit at the beach or at the pool. Now this wasn't true any more and I started covering up with baggy clothing and even started avoiding getting changed with the lights on in front of my husband.
I decided to try and do something about my cellulite before anyone noticed it. I ordered some anti cellulite cream online and started to use it as the directions stated. I was really patient and applied it daily just as instructed. I used up the whole pot over a few weeks and nothing happened. If anything, the cellulite looked even worse than before! Disappointed I went back to hiding under my clothes again, hoping no one would notice the lumpy uneven appearance my thighs had.
For a long time I went on like this until I ended up researching anti cellulite treatments again. Summer was coming up and I didn't want to be the odd one out wearing huge, baggy clothing at the beach or at the pool when I took my kids for a day out. I came across a website which explained that you could get rid of cellulite with cellulite reduction exercises. This surprised me. I had never though of cellulite as something you could get rid of with exercises before. I was somewhat skeptical after the debacle with the cellulite cream, but I decided to give this program a go anyway so went ahead and downloaded it.
The workouts were actually really easy to perform and only took around 20 minutes a day to do. This suited me just fine, since I don't get a lot of free time what with looking after my kids and everything, but 20 minutes a day was easy to find – even for me!
After around 18 days of using the program I noticed that my legs were now looking smoother and firmer than before. This was really exciting, so I carried on and after around 35 days I could definitely say my cellulite was gone. My legs and thighs were much firmer, toned and shapely than ever before too, and looked better than ever before, even when I was in college! The website said this was a side effect of using the program. That was fine by me. I'm just glad I persevered with my research and manged to find the program. I just wish I had found it in the first place and not messed around with anti cellulite creams.
